TOURNAMENT GUIDELINE

The tournament committee reserves the right to limit the number of years a team is allowed to win the Paul W. Smith Golf Classic to a total of two consecutive years.

DETROIT GOLF CLUB DRESS CODE

No jeans of any type of color, No spandex, No tennis attire or warm-ups on the golf courses, No changing clothes or shoes in the parking lots, No hats on the first floor (men only), All hats worn bill forward, Men's shirts must have collars and sleeves, All shirts must be tucked in, Women's shirts without sleeves must have a collar, No tube, halter or tank tops, Bermuda length shorts only, No long, baggy shorts.

DETROIT GOLF CLUB SMOKING POLICY

As a courtesy reminder, the statewide smoking ban went in effect Saturday May 1st. The entire Detroit Golf Club clubhouse, as well as external dining and service areas of the club, are in compliance with this law. The required non-smoking signs have been posted and all ashtrays and other smoking paraphernalia and receptacles have been removed. Detroit Golf Club has established a dedicated area within the appropriate distance from the clubhouse and service areas where smoking is allowed (no services are allowed in this area).
